Tropical Storm Warning just declared for

Jefferson County, TX, where Dustlawyer and I live. That's approx 90 miles east of Houston. Harvey is not over.

Weather forecast changed an hour ago, we can expect some rain by noon, more tonight, very outer bands of the hurricane blowing east.
