....with his "What a crowd! What a turnout!" thing, which arguably was the most photogenic spontaneous moment for Dubya in all his eight years as president (nevertheemind that his promise to get Bin Laden was empty and hollow).

Of course, that was after an intentional act of violence and long after the act had ended. Here, it's during a natural disaster and while the disaster is still very much unfolding.

In what I have to believe started as propaganda by Twitter bots, a line began circulating that accused President Obama of golfing during Hurricane Katrina rather than doing anything about it:
