I can't 'not hate' him because it is not a conscious decision...I literally feel anger and heightened 'fight or flight' feelings upon seeing images of that asshole. That cannot be healthy...

Previously, I could despise his behavior, his stupidity. It's more base now -- a reptilian brain response because I feel like we are under attack.
