Justin Bieber checked into Long Island hospital due to swollen testicle

Justin Bieber's private parts are now at the center of a public lawsuit in New York.

An emergency room worker for Northwell Health on Long Island has filed a wrongful termination action with the New York Division of Human Rights over claims she accessed Bieber's medical records earlier this year.

The employee, Kelly Lombardo, swears she never peaked at Bieber's chart and was fired from her job of the last decade due to her gender, her lawyer confirmed to the Daily News.

"My client was a moral employee who had respect for patient privacy and never accessed Justin Bieber's file," lawyer David H. Rosenberg told The News.
