I saw Port Arthur was Twitter trending and started to read the tweets. It's bad. Residents can't get thru to 911 and rescuers can't get to people.

I've been watching the Weather Channel a lot but as I was reading the horrifying tweets all coverage was from pre-recorded stuff on Houston. Nothing on PA area. And the really sad part is the locals are tweeting that they KNOW there is no current middle of the night coverage about them because they are "not Houston".
