What you seem to be saying is

1) Absent any other evidence (i.e., being able to hear what is being said), the black guy is talking shit - no way the white guy instigated it, no way the white guy was talking shit, no way the white guy just f**king overreacted
2) A black man talking shit warrants having a gun pulled on him and being frisked
