Beware of "Evidence suggests" and "May have" and "Might" ...

Everyone is getting all hyped up over incredible possibilities.
Sure these are interesting and worth following up on but until they are formally "Did" statements they are not facts and shouldn't be presented as such.

If we start condemning subjects over possible infractions we are doing what Fox News does, blaming without any real evidence.
The subjects, no matter how heinous, shouldn't be condemned over potential illegal acts, only actual ones.
