(34,661 posts)Hope everyone read the Post Yesterday from Riversedge about what this would look like. Wisconsin requested 300 million in Highway Tax funds and got 60+ million instead. So all those Trump Voters this past week in Wisconsin that were expecting Federal dollars for the much needed Highway infrastructure repairs, you just got a reality check. Reagan tried pilot programs like this, the money went to balance those states budgets in order to cover major Tax Breaks for Corporations and Wealthy donors.
This whole Tax and Infrastructure Bull Crap is nothing more than a Legal Wealth Transfer from you and me to the top 400 wealthiest families in order to cut those much needed Campaign Checks to the GOP.
Let's stop kidding our self's.
