I've seen him a bunch of times on talk shows (like Bill Maher) & he's always funny & entertaining. He wasn't that fond of W either as I recall.

7. Having read him for years, I'd suspect that he is defining

Those terms differently from how most people would.

For example, some might describe Obama and Eisenhower in the same way.

the Republican Party is only matched by his attacks on their confederates like the NRA.

His appearances on college campuses are protested by Young Republicans.
