Why Hasn't Trump Come to the Defense of the Utah Cop Who Roughed Up a Nurse?

It seems that the Trump administration typically takes pains to show that it is standing up for police in the wake of reports about police brutality or misconduct. Given the coverage of the Utah detective roughing up a nurse, it is odd that the Trump administration would be so silent and not lend its usual support for "law and order."

Just like when a black male with a concealed carry permit is shot Trump and the NRA say nothing about any Second Amendment rights.
