One good deed that Donald Trump has done...

...has been to expose the Republican Party for what it is.

They are no longer the Party of Abraham Lincoln. They are the Party of Donald Trump. Many have been slow to accept this "uncovering".

When their supporters march with tiki torches, in all their Nazi and White Supremacists regalia, to black churches, yelling epithets, the times have surely changed for the Party of Lincoln. Then, when Donald Trump fails to condemn the Nazis and Supremacists, no more proof was needed. The deal was sealed.

The sad truth is that the establishment Party in Washington does not have the numbers to stop this takeover of their Party. They are now within the minority of their own Party. They also do not have the courage to do anything about it. They are afraid of the consequences from Trump supporters.

They used to love to impeach Presidents. The one thing they were very good at was tearing down Democratic Presidents. They were ready to impeach Hillary Clinton, if she had won. But now, they are willing to look the other way. Their silence is their approval.
