I hope the staff is also given a lot of help/support too. When two huge CA wildfires closed down the schools for an entire week during each one some of the teachers lost their homes and the district did nothing for them or for the students.

Mayors working hard for his city.

, 15,000 families are out of shelters and in local hotels another 45,000 families will be up in prefab (local to their school district) homes very soon. professional cleanup contractors working hard to fix apartments so about 50,000 can move back 'home' asap.

The Mayor and the Police chief coordinating with state and Feds, have been and still are awesome to see. Thanks Obama for the upgrades to disaster 'planning'.
