Using a $5 word that sounds important and legal, when a $.25 word works just as well. His legal writing professor must not have been successful in convincing him that it only makes him sound pompous and makes his words harder to understand.

Sessions said the "open-ended immigration law" that was an "overreach of the executive branch" contributed to a surge of minors at southern border that yielded terrible humanitarian situations

DACA only applied to people who, "have continuously resided in the U.S. from June 15, 2007 to the present." No minor appearing at the southern border in 2012 is eligible for DACA.

He repeated the same racist lies about constitutionality, rule of law, taking jobs, and lied about respecting dreamers.

The MSNBC commentary is better, and the many attorney generals suing is something. Some think he's going to use the Dreamers as a barganing chip as another shot at funding that stupid wall.

Makes me want to vomit. This guy should never have been confirmed and should have been prosecuted. Though we need him, this is one reason I will never have any respect for Joe Manchin.
