"Pharma Bro" Martin Shkreli offers $5000 bounty for somebody to assault Hillary Clinton.

https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2017/9/5/1696081/-Big-Pharma-bro-publicly-offers-an-incredibly-creepy-bounty-for-Hillary-Clinton-s-DNA-sample

I don't know...

Ripping some of her hair out... Isn't that assault?

Stealing genetic information... Isn't that a violation of privacy- and copyright-laws? (There is a reason why those ancestor-DNA-test companies always make you sign a waiver that they are now the rightful owners of your genetic sample: They are making sure that they are the rightful owners to all the info they can get from it.)

You don't have to injure someone to have assaulted them - any unwanted physical touch is assault. If they just picked up a loose hair that wouldn't be assault, but then there's no way to verify who it came from. I should think there's a law against soliciting the commission of assault. Maybe the cops should go undercover and answer this request.

Isn't that something that can send him to the slammer?

The FBI should wire one of her assistants, use hair from her brush, and get the sucker. As former first lady, shouldn't the Secret Service pay a visit to "Eddy" Shkreli.

Because it now contains a "disclaimer" at the end:

Martin Shkreli

The Clinton Foundation is willing to KILL to protect its secrets. So on HRC's book tour, try to grab a hair from her. I must confirm the sequences I have. Will pay $5,000 per hair obtained from Hillary Clinton. Payment after the sequence matches. Good luck, patrollers.
(this is satire, meant for humor and not an endorsement of violence against a truly wonderful public servant)

I can't tell if the post was changed after the fact. But it's a lame attempt a disclaimer.

I can't tell if he added the parenthetical after the fact or if the version in the OP omitted the parenthetical. I'm guessing it was the former, but don't know if it's possible to tell.
