(111,236 posts)aren't smug about it, either, since we're all keeping an eye on the Soda Springs earthquake swarm. No, we don't think it's going to blow, not in our lifetimes, but it means it is getting ready to blow on its own schedule.
Yes, it's still rocking and rolling today, although the bigger quakes have slowed considerably.

(17,000 posts)Not sure if I spelled that right but he always managed to slip a funny into the forecast, usually the very late ones. I attributed it to lack of sleep and getting a little punchy but made them easier to read.

(3,473 posts)That might make the shortage here even worse. Fortunately, I have several 5 gallon drums that I can fill with tap. And there's all kinds of containers people have at home that they can fill. There is still time for people to get lights, batteries and other supplies from Amazon.

most of southern Florida will be underwater.
