he was "an ok person", but not necessarily what I would want in a president. Now I don't think he is okay. He is a seriously flawed person, not to mention a compulsive liar.

7. everybody is good down deep but the choices we make
take us either closer to or further from that goodness.
And most are innocent in the sense that we don't determine our early life influences and programming. But at a certain point a person either pays attention to conscience or ignores it. When a person publicly and brazenly is lying about another person, for the sake of acquiring power, that's crossing a big line. In my mind there's no going back except for a person to fully recognize and acknowledge their own deception, and make amends. |
