(47,419 posts)he was "an ok person", but not necessarily what I would want in a president. Now I don't think he is okay. He is a seriously flawed person, not to mention a compulsive liar.

And most are innocent in the sense that we don't determine
our early life influences and programming.
But at a certain point a person either pays attention to
conscience or ignores it.
When a person publicly and brazenly is lying about
another person, for the sake of acquiring power, that's
crossing a big line. In my mind there's no going back
except for a person to fully recognize and acknowledge their
own deception, and make amends.
