The poster was NOT equating Gypsies with tramps and thieves, but was only quoting a song title, with no offense to Gypsies intended. You have a right to take offense at the song if you like disregarding the actual words. In 1971 it was a number 1 hit and nominated for a Grammy. Your gripe should be with her and writer Bob Stone. Now you have to check out Cher's other "offensive" hit, "Half Breed." She sort of had a theme going with her exotic looks.

Keeping a Dreamer in your home won't stop ICE from coming in if they learn they're staying with you. And has already been pointed out, if they can't leave they can't work, and I honestly cannot afford to support someone else. Cher can, so good for her. But most of us, not so much.
