Received word that the National Immigration Law Center has filed a lawsuit in NYC against the DACA
reversal. Quote from their email:
We could not have filed this lawsuit without our plaintiff, Martín Batalla Vidal, a New Yorker with DACA, a community leader, and a member of Make the Road New York (MRNY).
MRNY and the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic at Yale Law School joined us to push back against Trump’s callous and cruel decision to end DACA.
