Ironic: Kelly kept away the people who might have prevented the DACA repeal repeal.
This un-forced error might have actually occurred precisely because the general kept away any possible nay-sayers. We'll never know. But if 45 ever looks for a scapegoat fall guy to blame this humongous blunder on, Kelly would be the easy mark.
