I am not sure about anything else. Maybe Montana. People from other places need to speak up.
The best shots come from places where they have really screwed things up. Maine? Ohio?

As is the New York Senate and the Michigan legislature.

Cuomo's come through his first year with a great amount of popularity, if he uses that for fellow Democratic candidates, it will be a good thing.
