I was just listening to The Weather Channel and they said they will do an update at 5 a.m.

they go on 3 hour updates now - and I am talking EST - so 8, 11, 2, 5 etc

Me neither. They'll wait for daylight, which will be the asscrack of dawn in Florida, and do the next flight.
