We need to get away from executive orders (DACA)...

because what one president does the next can undo just as easily. We need to pass real legislation so the president can't just scrap it! When we controlled all 3 houses we passed ACA, but why didn't we pass DACA?! Seriously why?

And nothing we do is ever good enough for them. And now they're blaming DACA on the previous administration - when it's their fucking fault!

A great many votes are bought with some form of pork. Even those from politicians from your own party. There is only so much pork to go around.

We also need to get away from the Republican stranglehold on the Congress, which prevented any legislation on immigration reform and left Obama no other choice than Executive Action, which he knew would be a temporary measure at best.
