Haven't seen much about this here, but maybe just missed it. While no one is above the law, this doesn't bode well for us if he gets removed from the Senate. That's another lost seat, and even easier for Repukes to pass their horrible bills.

Does "you know who" get to appoint a replacement? I'm not familiar with their laws on this subject.

However if convicted and sentenced to jail, it's unlikely Menendez will be allowed to cast a vote from jail
