Is there any interest in a Mueller Group or forum?

Where we could post and read information about the investigation? I'm collecting information to present to the administrators.

I don't know if links could be posted in LBN and a Mueller forum, so that fresh news was visible at a glance, as it is now. I'm sure someone knows I'd like to see the progression of this story, rather than sift through all the news stories that are getting covered.

Any thoughts are welcome. Thank you.

8. Groups have very little traffic, except for a few.

Shoot, the hosts of some groups don't even post in the group (or have been flagged/inactive).

I think a mega-thread in GD that you keep adding info to before it gets archived may be a better option, imo.

The admins won't create a Mueller forum.

GD has too many duplicative posts on same article or event - too much here, so posts fall to second page and then new person posts duplicate - really annoying. Mixed in with cartoons or click bait posts.

The negatives are that visitors to DU won't see a forum and that the administrators won't make a special forum.

This investigation is going to be long and entangled. And historic. A forum dedicated from early days of the investigation might become a valuable research tool.

administrators will not make a special forum, but they will create a group if there is interest. You have more than enough support now.

I am not against creating the group, btw (I was just commenting based on most of my subscriptions).

We're all interested in the Mueller investigation here. There's precious little information about the details of it, though. They're doing an excellent job of keeping their investigation under wraps. Much of what is written about that investigation is either speculation or opinion. All of that, I think has its place in DU's General Discussion forum, rather than being relegated to a group with that as its specific topic.
