My dog rescue friend, with 11 Great Danes and a 3 year old grandson she is raising, has no place to

go if Irma hits near her. She is in Colleton County, SC, which is somewhere near Charleston. She lives in a big trailer.
Does anyone know of a boarding facility, or people who could help her hold a dog for a few days if this hits near there?? She could come here, but has a crappy van that won't get to NY, and I am just sick over this.

June 1 – November 30. Charleston County’s Pet-Friendly Emergency Shelter is located at 3675 Leeds Avenue in North Charleston. Plan to evacuate with your pet, but if you can’t, head to this emergency shelter with your pet, medicine, crate, food and leash.

Don't know if it will work for her but it might be someplace for her to discuss whether they can take the great danes.

She is a wonderful woman, and doesn't catch a break. And this hurricane may come near them.

And it is warm in SC, and she has a few acres fenced, so they hang out outside with her a lot.

Red Roof, LaQuinta, and Motel 6 don't charge extra for pets, but with 11 Great Danes, she might need two rooms. At least one coastal shelter is looking for a farm or someplace similar where they can take all the animals for a few days.
