NY AG rarely does interviews, and in recent weeks we had news that his office was working with Mueller.

Now he does an interview with very prominent cable news host about DACA litigation filed today but touches on other
topics.

Seems very relaxed and confident - sort of raising his profile perhaps in anticipation of the investigation on Russia and Trump getting more exposure.

Also likely wants to be sure to communicate that state charges are in play so federal pardon won't protect people.

Lastly, NY AG likely doesn't want Mueller to get all the credit and attention as he was guy who went after Trump in Trump University case - resulting in millions paid to former students.
