On MSNBC’s All In with Chris Hayes, Congressman Luis Gutierrez said Democrats shouldn’t be negotiating with Trump the day after he rescinded protections for 800,000 young undocumented immigrants.

But seriously, a 3 month extension? The only thing I see here is Trump playing both sides against each other in an attempt to strengthen his image as an outsider. Trump is the winner here.

about redoubling their efforts to protect the 800,000 Dreamers that now face the threat of deportation because of Donald Trump.

5. I don't get this

Democrats aren't suddenly jumping on the Trump bandwagon. Seems that they are just finding ways to exploit his estranged relationship with Congress to address their priorities, one of which I'm sure is figuring out a way to protect Dreamers. Maybe Gutierrez isn't clued in on what Schumer and Pelosi are doing?
