Pinellas issues Hurricane Irma evacuation orders

My S-in-L has to be out at 6am, in Largo, her daughter has a new condo that sits up high and is hurricane proof, 15 minutes south. Hopefully it will weaken as it skirts the Florida gulf coast.

Last I read the standing evac order is for special needs people in 'Zone A'. An update should be issued by tomorrow morning.

3. I'm in Pinellas, Zone A. The 5 p.m forecast shifts us deeper into the cone of uncertainty.

The evacuation starts at 6 a.m. The shelters don't open until noon.

5. My brother is in Clearwater - Pinellas County - and had decided to stay. Wish

he had left on Tuesday when I begged him to drive to VA and stay with me.
