(19,201 posts)but I thought someone in the country on DACA couldn't receive scholarships to any institution of higher learning? I hope I'm mistaken, because if they have the talent they should receive it like anyone else, but I thought I read that in an earlier post here on DU.
That the can not receive federal financial aid, but there is nothing stopping an institution or organization from granting a scholarship.
