They panned down for some reason and he was out their on the semi-flooded balcony without shoes!

Granted, I guess his shoes would be soaked as well, but still!

First there was a little freshwater water rise. He asks Chad " Is that the sewer breaking loose?"

Way to panic Naples, Chris.

Then he's hollering at the guy walking his dog. Dog's gotta go even in a hurricane. Yelling at him to get off the street.

I'd have flipped him off if I was that guy. I bet that guy knows more about storms than you, Chris.

True you still have to be exposed to the virus, but you're more likely to catch it if your cold than otherwise.

Temperatures right now water and air near the hurricane are 80 degrees F. Normal core body temperature is around 98.6 F. Hypothermia occurs as your body temperature falls below 95 F.

So prolonged exposure to water, even at 80 F, can drop core body temperature enough to cause problems.
