We made it through that horrible storm
I can't believe the wind and rain we got on the East Coast (I'm in St Lucie County). We decided to stick it out at our house. We put all of our shutters up and just hunkered down.
I feel horrible for the people in the Keys and those on the West Coast affected. My Dad (stubborn, stubborn man) stayed on Marco Island last night. We have not heard from him since last night before the eye went through. My sister saw his street on the news and the water is up to the stop signs. Why, why did he stay there??
