It's preferable that all the scum of the earth in TWITLER's crew *stay* there until the whole sewage pot is gone altogether. Getting rid of one here and one there gives the semblance that "improvement" is taking place. There IS no improvement, better for the lot of them show how execrable the whole TWITLER thing is.
