I saw my congressional representative at a memorial service today.

For Fr. Mychal Judge, the Saint of 9-11.

Bill Pascrell (D-NJ)

I thanked him for everything. He was genuinely taken aback and gently responded "We're trying. We're really trying."

When you see ANY Democrat doing something right (so to speak, regardless of whether s/he's in your district or state), just call up to express your appreciation. They're holding the line until we can vote in 2018.

I support what he is doing, and I'm so grateful we have good people who are fighting for us. The aides I talk with always express appreciation. I always am in agreement on their positions, but they need to KNOW that, and it's important to tell them. It's a numbers game and helps them justify their positions in congress.
