What do we give up for the Dream Act?

I'm not a prolific poster here I just, for the most part, soak up the wisdom but I am concerned about the Dreamers. I have no doubt "the great negotiator" cancelled DACA to use as a lever to get some things he wants in exchange for passing the Dream Act. My first instinct is fuck him but he isn't the one who would be fucked, does Congress give him his wall or anything at all? Like I said it would really bother me to give him anything but we are talking about 800,000 young people who would have their lives turned upside down and maybe even have the information they gave voluntarily used against them.

It would be a horrible precedent to negotiate with animals willing to take the Dreamers hostage for political gain. If they want to kiss the Hispanic vote goodebye, then that is on them. Even conservative Hispanic citizens who might not have sympathy for the undocumented would draw the line with this. The Rethuglicans know that.
