White House won’t commit to signing joint congressional resolution condemning white supremacists
It passed unanimously in Congress.

Just a day after the Senate unanimously passed a joint resolution condemning the acts violence and domestic terrorism by white supremacists and neo-Nazis over the weekend of August 11 in Charlottesville, Virginia, the House of Representatives unanimously passed it by a voice vote Tuesday evening.

Now it is up to President Donald Trump to officially condemn the actions of white supremacists by signing the joint resolution when it reaches his desk. The White House, however, will not immediately commit to signing it.

Ask yourself "Do I support anything Nazis* support?". Obviously the answer should be NO. If you find yourself answering YES go look in the mirror and say 10 times "I support Nazis". If you don't reassess yourself or your worldview doesn't change, you are a Nazi.

*Nazi collectively covers all right wing extremist groups. Hey, WE did ask to dumb everything down.

And he's terrified of them. He knows damn well they're violence-prone; he even encouraged them at campaign rallies. Now, he doesn't want to be their target.

He didn't create the monster, but he enabled it.

Why would Congress EVER assume that what Trumpy signs has any bearing on what he does? This is a silly exercise. Sure, Trumpy will pay homage to Nazis by dragging his feet before shuffling up to the signing table. And yes, he'll sign the resolution, which is not legally binding. And then he'll go about his business as if the signing never happened. He does what he wants, and NO ONE has stopped him.

There was one line that was close, and even better: "Scotty, beam us up!"
Not since the blatant racism I observed as a child in the late 1960's have I wanted all of the more enlightened sort to be able to warp out of orbit enroute a more perfect union.
Excuse my sentiment here, but I honestly thought we as a nation had gotten far past all this shit.
