According to a report released by the Department of Labor on September 11, the Trump International Beach Resort has requested permission to hire ten temporary foreign workers as housekeepers.

1. every application for H- visa by any company should include a fee equal to the annual income

of such employee...

The fee to be used for training of US citizens to hold said job so that the next holder of the job could be an american.

Essentially it doubles the cost of such H-employees as well as providing training for US citizens.
