I cried when I realized who it was, this is a gentle homeless musician, one of many in Nashville.

When he was shot we were sickened by the senseless act, and there were a LOT of shootings that weekend - so this one really stood out.

Of course her father continues to try to vilify this man in the media by lying about him and bringing up past charges of trespass, like they ALWAYS do when an innocent is shot.

6. He's a personal injury lawyer.

And he's been buying an awful lot of airtime on local stations with his ads this week. She has a history of violence.

7. Yep, I've seen them, I know who he is and what he's doing.

He's trying to poison potential jurors and he hopes she'll get away with attempted murder by claiming she feared for her life and panicked.

If the victim had died they might have been successful but Doug Melton is going to make a very sympathetic witness.
