I have to credit Schumer & Pelosi

I was never big fans but are doing a great job negotiating with Trump. They must be complimating him, "your hair is nice Donald."

I suspect Trump is doing this to apply leverage to the GOP in congress sending the message that if they don't work with him he will work with the Democrats. So the end game is he throws the Democrats a couple of bones in exchange for the GOP rolling over and letting him have his way with them.
