Can anyone point me to the list of states that would be most harmed under the Cassidy/Graham bill?

We should be working especially hard to contact legislators in the red states and swing states in the group -- like West Virginia and Ohio.

(These are the states that got the Medicaid expansion, the funds for which will instead be distributed to non-expansion states.)

Ohio and Kentucky embraced the Medicaid expansion, and they're not blue states. pnwmom Sep 2017 #2

on the Washington Post, but can't locate the link. Try doing a search there. The states that I recall were California, New York, Oregon... and a few others. These were the states that embraced Obamacare. Edit to add: They were all blue states.

Hope this helps.

I wish I could find the article. It was filled with a lot of valuable information including a comparison chart between this Republican POS and the last Republican POS.

The states "most harmed" according to the article were blue states.

Ohio loses $2500 per capita; West Virginia around $550 per capita.

The states that actually expanded Medicaid lose the most. Kentucky , for example, loses over 3000 per capita.
