I'm Sick and Tired of Overcrowded Parks and Monuments!

Next time I go to one, I'm going to announce that a "Pro-Trump Rally" is going to held there.

Sure, a few nuts will show up, but at least I'll have plenty of elbow room and porta-potties.

This country has added over 100 million people since the days of Nixon and continues to grow.

Just too many people.

The city I grew up in has experienced something like a 3 fold population increase over 20 years and it's really taken a toll on things. Terrible traffic, much more pollution, and public events like the state fair and other things have become less enjoyable to attend due to the massive crowds and lines.

When it comes to people, less is more at a certain point.

A lot of former vacation spots have fallen into ruin because people just can't afford a week or two of hotels. Now a second hand camper driven to a campground near a national park, that's a hell of a lot cheaper.

That is, if you get a paid vacation and can afford to take the straight time and lose the overtime when you take it.

It wasn't great but it worked when we were too knackered after a gig to drive back to Boston.
