(7,367 posts)...this month to, well, I might watch, but the wife said "do it". We cut the cord and stream, Amazon and Sling obviously don't have CBS.... CBS insists on a separate fee. So every blue moon we subscribe for a month and cancel... and when we get the questionnaire why we canceled. Paying 5 bucks to watch a barely half decent network with shows we ignore and not commercial free...are you serious? You get 5 bucks because you happen to have one show during the year we wanted to see. Otherwise, your just pricey trash.
I never hear back.

Troubling to me how the same propaganda used then to get our public to support intervention on foreign soil is still playing today.
How dare us for not watching the Emmies, eh?
Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
