(111,261 posts)1. I was watching some drone footage last night
and newer trailers that were well built and securely tied down fared better than some cinder block construction. Old trailers were mostly kindling and sheet metal, but the expensive, new Palm Harbor jobs (there's a dealer here) stood up well. I don't know how much flooding is inside them, carpets are probably trashed, but they're structurally sound.
I was surprised that the trailers came through but a lot of the stores didn't.
