Lukewarm applause and possible gasps when he said that Socialism was to blame for a certain rogue nation's overreach.
In fact, do these speeches often come across like a diatribe? Not much reaction from the room.

That is a military dictatorship and has about as much in common with socialism as do fleas with asteroids.

There's more socialism in the US then there is in NK.
So, not only was the speech drivel and bluster but it wasn't even rooted in a sensible concern.
Not that i'm surprised. I'm sure you're not either.
