The words were new to him as he read, with awkward emphasis that didn't fit the text.

(11,175 posts)The Wikipedia project strives for and, I believe, frequently attains a high level of accuracy. Assertions as to matters of fact must be supported by citations to reliable sources. On matters of controversy, the Wikipedia article must present all sides fairly.
Trump wouldn't last a week there.
I did not mean to say his speech sounded like Wikipedia, which I consider a great reference.
In the old days we would have said World Book or Britanica.
What I was alluding to was students who did not research and write reports, but rather just copied some reference verbatim, and then read from them seeing the words for the first time and struggling through a subject they had no knowledge of.
