One thing I am wondering is if it's going to ruled on rather or not this bill can re-balance funds from heavily populated blue states into red states with low populations by the senate parliamentary. Without that provision their prospect of getting this garbage bill passed are toast.

YES, The republicans want this so fucking bad they will go to any length to pass it. They are right now figuring out a way without even a cbo report to ram this the fuck thru. 45 is already having meetings with the senators who voted no last time. YOU heard it here first, They are gonna repeal Obamacare IMO.

Ive been seriously involved in politics my whole life, I have gone down numerous times to my reps office and protested. Joe Reed(R) of New York is my rep, Scumbag. I also do a enormous amount of phone bank work for several organisations, All democratic. If my back could handle going house to house I would, That's the bread and butter of elections.

You have a phone. Make the calls. All those protest marches last winter don't mean a thing if you can't bother to call today.
