and I think it forces him to try to play nice.

10. Toobin hasn't actively practiced law since about 1994.

He's been a media talking head ever since and has been completely assimilated into the world of cable commentators. Bharara, on the other hand, has been in the trenches until Trump sacked him a few months ago, so he's in a much better position to comment on what really goes on.
