...there was the tourist strip, and then there was 'Old San Juan' which was stunningly impoverished.

I guessing the majority of the native part of the population is already devastated.

We have hurricane, earthquake and wildfire damage and suffering to tend to right now.

FEMA's probably expanding into the socialist arm of big government these days. How will Republicans ever survive it.

Let's hope that some of that high military appropriation gets spent to help these places.

North America's lands seem under siege by Mother Nature.

Add all this trauma to our dumpster fire politics, and I'm about to go back to smoking after nine months of quitting.
