The only way IMO to make a republican senator at least pause before voting

in favor of the Graham-Cassidy bill is to have republican voters, who will bifurcate being loyal republicans and will not want to lose the health benefits of ACA, call their republican senators. If a democrat calls a republican senator, the senator doesn't expect to get that vote. But a republican voter, that's another story. How lucky does the republican senator feel regarding re-election?

We should be trying to persuade republicans to vote in their own interests.

They might give you more credence than a self-proclaimed democrat.
