OK folks, look, I messed up. I skimmed this piece, zeroed in on the neocon criticism, and shared it without seeing and considering the rest, Wilson tweeted.
She also said she missed gross undercurrents in the post and thanked Twitter users for urging her to take another look at the articles argument.
Im not perfect and make mistakes. This was a doozy. All I can do is admit them, try to be better, and read more thoroughly next time. Ugh, Wilson added.

(11,844 posts)This is what we need to learn in the age of Twitter and re-tweeting:
In the impotal words of "Ricky Roma", "YOU NEVER OPEN YOUR MOUTH UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT THE SHOT IS."

(9,065 posts)She reacted, she even said what it was that she reacted to "zeroed in on neocon criticism" and apologized very nicely in my opinion.
Next.

(9,065 posts)What are apologies for if they are not accepted, especially when that persons character is basically known to be decent or good?
She apologized, completely and understood where she went wrong in retweeting it. You really can't ask for more from anyone. She could have not apologized, she had that choice.

(26,060 posts)because this isn't the first time for her to engage in retweeting anti-Jewish sentiment. Go ahead and forgive her, certainly your right. I've already seen what's in her black heart.

So at 8:51 AM she's telling everyone they need to "Read the entire article and try, just for a moment, to put aside your biases and think clearly.'
And then at 10:11 AM she's all 'Hey. I only skimmed it"

Sure. That's believable.
