Seoul media say North might test nuke in Pacific

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) -- South Korean media report North Korea's top diplomat says his country may test a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean to fulfill leader Kim Jong Un's vow to take the "highest-level" action against the United States.

Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho comments Thursday on the sidelines of a United Nations gathering followed an extraordinary direct statement by Kim in response to President Donald Trump's threat to "totally destroy" the North.

South Korea's Yonhap news agency reports that Ri told reporters in New York that a response "could be the most powerful detonation of an H-bomb in the Pacific."

4. If NK can detonate a nuclear missile then they likely will

Once they prove then can detonate a nuclear bomb delivered by a missile then the US would be insane to launch an attack on North Korea.

After that if Trump tries to launch a first strike attack on North Korea someone in the White House will kill him, or get the Cabinet to remove him for insanity under the 25th Amendment, rather than see Seattle or San Francisco evaporated.

North Korea has said they will destroy us IF we attack them. It seems unlikely they will risk evaporation by attacking us first. So once we know they can nuke us we would be crazy to attack first. One nuclear missile abomb blast will allow North Korea to sleep soundly. So if they can do it they will.

He's surrounded by career military men smart enough to figure out another way around him without resorting to such drastic measures. Not to mention a VP who would do bupkis to stop POTUS' self-destruction.

Presumably to motivate others to not harm us. I see him as willing to commit mass murder, unconcerned about innocents dying. I think he's a rare example of someone with power who is actually "satanic."
